Pre-orders. Pre-orders are charged at the moment of ordering. First shipments leave 17 July; orders are shipped with tracked delivery. You receive a tracked shipping confirmation the day your order goes out.
Prices & payment. All prices include VAT. Payment runs through our secure Shopify checkout (iDEAL, credit card, Klarna and others as shown at checkout).
Shipping. We ship within the EU. Shipping is free on orders over €40; below that, the rate is shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary by destination.
Right of withdrawal. As an EU consumer you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging. Food items that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. To start a return, email info@parformance.nl.
Allergens & use. Always check the ingredient and allergen declaration on the packaging and on the product page before consuming.
What we collect. When you order: your name, email and delivery address — the minimum needed to fulfil your order. When you join the Club or ask to be notified: your name and email.
How we use it. Order data is used to process and ship your order. Club and notify signups receive only what they signed up for. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Who processes it. Orders and payments are processed by Shopify and our payment providers, under their own security and privacy standards. Our website itself does not run advertising trackers.
Your rights. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time — email info@parformance.nl. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click.
