How is this different from a regular energy bar?

Most energy bars are formulated for a 60-minute workout — fast energy, fast recovery. A round of golf is 4–5 hours of sustained cognitive load with low physical exertion. Different problem, different product. This bar is built to hold you steady, not to spike you.

How many bars do I need per round?

One bar covers most rounds — eaten around the turn. For longer rounds, hot days, or 36 holes, two. A sleeve of three covers a full Saturday with one left in the bag.

Will it survive in my bag in summer?

Yes. Stable at typical course temperatures. Coconut oil softens above 30°C — the bar holds its shape. Store cool and dry between rounds.

Is it vegan?

Yes. Plant-based across both flavours. Pea protein, not whey.

When does pre-order ship?

First shipments leave 1 July. Pre-orders ship in the order they came in. You'll get a tracked confirmation the day it goes out.

What's the difference between Salty Caramel and Berry?

Same base, different finish. Salty Caramel leans on peanut and a pinch of salt — rich and grounded. Berry is lighter, brighter, no peanuts. Both are 176 kcal, 7g protein, 42g.
